A nice doule at the local Otaki meeting on 15th August keeps the strike rate right up there, first up was Dubhdara, he wins with ease with Leah Hemi up. Then it was the turn of Nun Better, she fought hard to the line with Kelly Myers in the saddle.

Margrethe and Lisa Allpress get the stables off to a flying start with an easy win at the Manawatu meeting on the 12th. After leading from the wide barrier, they had to overcome a severe check on the turn, then switch accorss heels before powering away to win with ease.
